Mix all the ingredients for 2 minutes on slow speed and 2 minutes on medium speed with a flat beater. Spread out with a tickness of 8 mm on a 40/60 silpad and sprinkle some Puravita Decoseeds on top. Bake approximately 15 minutes at 180°C. Let it cool down.
2. Sandwitch Cake Filling
Heat the starfruit to 80°C. Add The Bavarois neutre and mix well. add the deli cheesecake into the mixture and the half whipped cream at the end. Spray 700 gr of the cream on top of the 60-40cm layer cake. Freeze. Cut de layer of cakes in squares of 11-11 cm. Cut them in a triangular form afterwards to obtain the sandwich shape.
